Council of State

The members of the chambers of the Council of State are assisted by the registrar. He draws up the minutes and writes down what is pronounced or dictated by the Council of State.

With the help of the registry of the Administrative Litigation Section and under the direction of the Chief Registrar he ensures that the different proceedings are conducted efficiently, he is responsible for the chamber’s case management and, together with the ICT department, draws up statistics.

Moreover, he keeps in touch with the parties and with the other departments of the Council of State.
Section 72 of the coordinated laws describes the procedure of appointment and lists the conditions required for appointment.
