If that party does not explicitly requests the continuation of proceedings within thirty days following the notification of the report, the Council of State may pronounce judgment in accordance with the Auditor’s proposal, without further debate. Within the same period the party who is put in the wrong in the report can also send in a last statement including its arguments against this assessment.

If a request for continuation of proceedings is sent in, the report is also notified to the other parties, along with the last statement which may have been submitted. These other parties then have thirty days at their disposal in order to submit a last statement of their own.
